Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened

Instructions

  • Add in the beaten egg and vanilla.
  • Mix in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Blend well.
  • Stir in the white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts.
  • Refrigerate for one hour.
  • Roll into 1 inch balls.
  • Bake at 350° on an ungreased cookie sheet for 10 min.
  • Makes18 cookies.
