Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup cranberries

Instructions
 

  • Mix butter and sugars until fluffy.
  • Beat in the egg and vanilla.
  • Mix the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt to the cream mixture, and stir well.
  • Mix in the oats and cranberries.
  • Drop by the tablespoonfuls at least 2 inches apart onto an ungreased baking sheet.
  • Bake at 350° for 12 min.
  • Cool for 5 min, and remove to wire rack.
  • Makes 24 cookies.
